I am passionate about helping individuals regain their sense of value, discover greater freedom, and learn to relate to others more authentically. I provide a therapeutic approach that addresses body, soul, and spirit together so clients are better equipped to experience lasting change. I have over 30 years of training and experience as both a clinical mental health professional (15 years Masters level) and spiritual mentor (15 years Cru staff) in helping individuals explore their emotions, behaviors, and beliefs in a nonjudgmental environment. I've worked with executives, professional athletes and musicians, ministers, media personalities, as well as individuals living in extended stay hotels just trying to stay off the street. When it comes to mental health, I've seen that relational and emotional pain is universal though each story is completely unique. I'll admit that I was skeptical of counseling via Telehealth, but now I love it! My clients have commented how they can relax in their own setting (often with beloved pets) and avoid a potentially frustrating commute as well as the awkwardness that can be a part of a waiting room experience. Some of my clients meet via the app in their car (parked in a safe location of course) for additional privacy especially if they live with roommates or family members. In fact, I have utilized Telehealth on my personal journey as well! My husband and I have been married 31 years. We love spending time with our two married daughters, sons-in-law, and grandkids and laughing at the antics of our rescued dog, Shug.
